Custom training
Custom training is the self-created training type in Prana Breath app, that can have any parameters of the breath cycle.

Create custom training
- Go to Control tab.
- Press the float action button in bottom right corner.
- Enter the name of a new training.
- Choose the training kind in the spinner below, press "ADD".
- Set the ratio of breath cycle, or ratio of repose cycle that you'd like, press OK.
- Set the training complexity according to your goals.

Rename your custom training
- Go to Control tab.
- Press on the Menu button in top right corner of the action bar.
- Choose "Rename" item.
- Type the new name for your training, press OK.

Delete your custom training
- Go to Control tab.
- Press on the Menu button in top right corner of the action bar.
- Choose "Delete" item.
- Confirm your choice, pressing "Delete" again.

- Note that the statistics for the deleted training in "Experience tab" will be lost forever, while the data in "Progress tab" will not be affected.
- NB! If you have the backup file created before deleting the custom training pattern, you can have all its data back after restoring.
Copy the existing pattern
Also you can create your own pattern on a basis of any of existing one. This way you can experiment with the ratio, yet the default training types remain untouched.
- Go to Control tab.
- Press on the Menu button in top right corner of the action bar.
- Choose "Duplicate" item.
- Now you can change the ratio of your new training, and tune up the training the way you like.
