"Breaths per minute" index is the value that describes how many full breathing cycles can fit into one minute. It describes the training complexity; the lower it is, the more complicated the training gets.

Where you can see "breaths per minute" in the app

  • In Control tab, in the middle of the circle.
  • In menu item "Details" in Control tab. There are minimum, average and maximum values of it.
  • In Progress tab, choosing "Breaths per minute" item in the picker.
