Reminders tab is the a tab in Prana Breath app, where you can evaluate the improvement of your training parameters, namely "breaths per minute" and "trainings time" (that is total time spent for your practice, in hours and minutes, summed for all trainings). It is available for Guru version only.

What can you see and set with Reminders tab

In action bar

(from left to right)

  • Main Menu button
  • The name of the tab — "Reminders"
  • Menu button in the right corner, that comprises the "Info" item

In main screen

If you have no reminders yet:

  • "No reminders" icon
  • Purple float action button for creating new reminder (in bottom right corner)

OR, if you have any reminders:

  • The list of reminders
  • Purple float action button for creating new reminder (in bottom right corner).

Set up your reminders

Create new reminder

  1. Press the purple float action button (in bottom right corner). Note that it hides when you scroll down your reminders list, and shows up again when you scroll up.
  2. Choose the exact time you need your reminder.
  3. Press "OK".
  4. Choose the training type from the list appeared OR swipe to the left to see the list of health test and pick from there.
  5. Press "OK".
  6. Now you have a new reminder created. Now you can continue setting it up, using the options described below.

Repeat the reminder

You can have the very same working a few times a week without, you are able to perform those actions:

  1. Press on the area of reminder with the word "Today".
  2. Mark the "Repeat" checkbox. Note that all names of the days of the week are now highlighted purple.
  3. Unselect the days of the week you DON'T need the reminder to be repeated, or:
  4. Select the days of the week needed without marking the "Repeat" checkbox.
  • Note that if you leave all of the days of the week highlighted, the reminder will work every day.

Disable the reminder

If you'd like to turn the reminder off without deleting it, do the following:

  1. Press on the green switch right to the reminder time. Note it turns grey.
  • Note that now the reminder won't be fired until you enable it, pressing on the switch again.
