    Hi! Some patterns have two or more exercises, for example nadi shodhana or singer. In which order do you have to execute them and how long time? Do I have to alternate them?

    Hi Emanuele!

    Hi, Please someone help me in this. I understand there are levels in each excercise.But what about choosing from different sets of breathing pattern?.How to go about that..what is the correct sequence?
