Własny trening to typ treningu stworzony przez ciebie lub przez kogoś innego w Prana Breath. Jego parametry mogą przyjmować dowolne wartości.

Create custom training
- Go to Control tab.
- Press the float action button in bottom left corner.
- Choose the training kind of the training.
- Enter the name of a new training and tap on "ADD".
- Set the ratio of breath cycle, or ratio of repose cycle that you'd like, press OK.
- Set the training parameters according to your goals.
Edit your custom training
- Go to Control tab.
- Press on the menu button right to the "Training type" item.
- Choose "Edit" item.
- Type the new name for your training, if you wish to rename it.
- Choose another training kind, if you wish, and press OK.
Copy the existing pattern
Also you can create your own pattern on a basis of any of existing ones. This way you can experiment with the ratio, yet the default training types remain untouched.
- Go to Control tab.
- Press on menu button right to the "Training type" item.
- Choose "Duplicate" item.
- Now you can change the ratio of your new training, and tune up the training the way you like.
Delete your custom training
- Go to Control tab.
- Press on the menu button right to the "Training type" item.
- Choose "Delete" item.
- Confirm your choice, pressing "DELETE".
- Note that the statistics for the deleted training will be lost forever. But if you have the backup file created before deleting the custom training pattern, you can have all its data back after the restoring.
