Ниво на сложност

Ниво на сложност е ниво наtraining complexity на някои training types. То съдържа различни съотношения на цикъл на дишане, които постепенно стават по-сложни.

Training patterns with more than 1 complexity levels:

• Clear mind
• Harmony
• Power
• Relax

and

• Anulom Vilom
• Nadi Shodhana
• Pratiloma
• Udgeeth
• ...

Where you can choose the complexity level in the app

1. Go to Control tab.
2. Choose the pattern that comprises more than one complexity levels.
3. Tap on "Complexity level" item below.
4. Choose the level you'd like. Note that ratio of breath cycle and BPM values have been changed as well.
