  3. Choose "Create".
  4. Name a new sound style.
  5. If it is a background sound style, decide if you'd like to have one music track as a background sound, or separate ones for each of breathing phases.
  6. Tap on "File" and browse your file system.
  7. Tap on "Save" on top right.
  8. Listen to the chosen sound style, if you wish. Press "Save" again.
  • If you are creating a new sound style for background sounds, you are able to add a separate file for each phase, as well as for repose cycle. For that just tap on "For each phase" switch and choose multiple files.
  • It is available for Guru version only.
