Additionally to the update, there are 3 new patterns on our wiki for those who are quitting smoking. Namely: against “cigarette of victory” – Smoking to celebrate , anti-“nervous cigarette” – Smoking to avoid anxiety , and against “cigarette of sadness” – Smoking to avoid sadness

It can be very helpful for your commitment, give it a try!

  • Hi there, great App at all!
    I made a Wim Hof Pattern for myself and after 30 inhale/exhale cycles comes the stopp! I would like to give the last cycle a different colour. That would help to recognise the following retention, a small but helpfull feature which i miss 🙂
