    Hi! Some patterns have two or more exercises, for example nadi shodhana or singer. In which order do you have to execute them and how long time? Do I have to alternate them?

    Hi Emanuele!

    You need to perform each of exercises in order they are listed, and to move to the next one once you’re absolutely comfortable with the current one. You can read more about it on our wiki, for instance, about Nadi Shodhana here http://pranabreath.info/wiki/index.php/Nadi_Shodhana
